• Drivers: Your driver will see your pickup location, destination, and first name to facilitate the ride.
• IT & Software Providers: Onde processes the backend dispatching and routing data on our behalf.
• Payment Processors: Third-party gateways handle your financial information securely to process fares.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

You have the right to review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

• Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data directly within the RideNY app settings, or by contacting us at [Insert Email Address].
